Litsea cubeba are small plants found in tropical areas. The leaves are a vibrant green with a very pleasant lemon-like smell.
Most valued for its calming and anti-inflammatory properties. Other therapeutic uses include an astringent, antiseptic, insecticide, stimulant and tonic.
Blends well with: basil, bergamot, geranium, jasmine, rose, rosemary, rosewood, ylang ylang. History: Litsea cubeba has been used in Japan and Taiwan for the reasons listed above.
